Megan is a multi-award winning sports journalist with more than 15 years of experience in newspapers and a decade in commercial radio.

A born-and-bred country girl, she began her career at The Courier in Ballarat in 2003 where she wrote for the newspaper while completing her VCE. At just 17, she secured a coveted cadetship at the Wimmera Mail Times in Horsham where she spent three years before accepting a job with News Corp’s Leader Newspapers where she would work for the next decade.

Megan spent a decade at 1116 SEN working both on and off-air. She was the station’s long-time AFL tribunal correspondent and could be heard reading the news, appearing on various shows or reporting live from the Brownlow Medal red carpet or AFL Grand Final Parade.

Megan is passionate about, and has long championed, women’s sport and women in sport, namely the WNBL where she is a respected reporter, host and presenter. In season 2019, she joined Fox Sports’ WNBL coverage. An in-demand MC, Megan has hosted functions for the Essendon Football Club, Basketball Australia, Melbourne Stars and Tixstar.
